This is a GREAT place. Right near everything, and nice ground floor with patio etc. If I'm coming back to Santa Barbara I hope I can stay here again,.... so I wont overdo the review too much since it'll be taken :-) .

Great location; quality apartment. Really liked the space - perfect for an overnight. Didn’t love the parking situation but management was very responsive to my concerns (small parking space) and got it sorted quickly. The location to State Street is unbeatable - just a black away. I was a little worried that it might be noisy with foot traffic but it was very quiet and comfortable.

Amazing place in a great location. It was clear the hosts were extremely intentional about everything. We loved the gorgeous bathroom with extra towels, to the gorgeous decor and the white noise machine by the bed. Five out of five stars!

Quite possibly the best location in Santa Barbara if you want to be steps from State Street’s restaurants, coffee shops, and more. The place itself felt brand new, with thoughtful design and top-quality amenities throughout. The sidewalk entrance through the patio was an added bonus and made getting in and out especially easy.
Brooks and Bobby at Miramar Lane were exceptional hosts—communicative, easy to work with, and generous with local recommendations for exploring the city. I’ve already recommended this place to a couple of friends and family members for their next trip to town. Highly recommend.

What a gem! The layout of this unit is spacious and the interior design is beautiful. This location is convenient - so close to a lot of things to do and La Paloma Cafe across the street is awesome. The unit even has a private patio area in the front, so the door is not right against the sidewalk, which feels safe and private. The hosts are very friendly, responsive, and checked on us multiple times to ensure we had what we needed. Would stay here again.

Amazing stay. My wife and I stayed at another unit here last year for 4th of July 2025 and I’ve been wanting to come back ever since. Awesome location, clean, has everything we needed and very responsive to needs. Excellent stay, we’ll probably come back!
